I ended up here as someone who was once uncomfortably self-conscious. I am only recently seeing that everyone must end up here with varying degrees of awareness of himself, his feelings, beliefs, etc., not aware in the exact way that I am. This is news to me. On this blog I'll write about my experience of the world and my journey to awakening, which to me means becoming more and more aware of what's really happening within me, AND deciding what is true and what is not.

A voice said earlier something along the lines of (I wrote it after I heard it in full, so it’s not an “exact” quote, but very close): “A heart-to-heart with your kids about racism in devil whirl schools would really help, wouldn’t it, Marla? Yeah, but who does that when there’s no way to fix the problem other than to be who you really are?”
